The day to leave approached quickly. We all had mixed emotions. Each one of us attached to new friends, ones we wanted to bring home and share with our families. The kiddos were dressed in their finest. The small girls in tutu onseies that were donated from the states by a rockwall parent. We prayed together and exchanged gifts. They provided us with a small token of appreciation and we were able to provide the caregivers, nuns and student nuns a goodie bag of American favorites. Yes, chocolate for sure! Every sister needs some:)
